Payment options:

10 months (Aug-May), 9 months (Sept-May) or Pay in Full by September 1st.

There is a $50 application fee (which is applied to the registration fee) that must be submitted with this application.

Registration fees: $400 if paid by May 31st, $500 if paid after May 31st.
